Deliveries 

I pick, pack and ship everything myself by hand. So from time to time there maybe a small delay in shipping. I will always aim  to dispatch the next working day following your order. If you have an specific requests regarding the timings of your delivery please email me at hello@amauralondon.com. 

COVID-19 Update

There may be delays which are out of our control due to Covid-19.
If Royal Mail are unable to meet their timelines, we won't be able to issue a refund; however, we will make every effort to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Valentines Delivery 

Orders for Valentines Gift Sets would need to be placed by 2pm on Tuesday 9th February to guarantee standard delivery with the freshly hand made Belgian Chocolates. 

Order by Thursday 11th by 12noon and select Next Day Delivery for all other Valentine gifts.

All services are fully trackable and  you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery. Standard delivery service includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Jersey. 

    Returns Policy

    All of our candles & diffusers are made in the UK poured with care by hand. I personally pack every order with the upmost care and attention. 

    I hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any or all items in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 working days from delivery, subject to the following conditions:

    • You must inform us of your intention to return the goods to us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to hello@amauralondon.com with a Subject heading of “Order Return”. Please include your Order ID in this email and clearly state your reasons for returning the goods to us. If you wish to return only part of the order then please also clearly state which items you wish to return.
    • You must wait for our response by email before returning the goods. We may correspond with you by email to discuss the condition of the goods you wish to return.
    • Personalised items can not be returned unless faulty. 

    Shipping your return 

    • You must return the goods to us by a registered/recorded delivery service (which requires a signature by the recipient) with suitable carriage insurance to the address we provide you.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping cost(s) as well as resending the parcel, and it is non-refundable;
    • We cannot accept damaged or lost returns, and reserve the right to refuse your return if you do not send it by registered/recorded mail.
    • You must return the goods unused.
    • While shipping the item, ensure that the package is wrapped securely.
    • All returned products must be in their original product packaging. If you have opened the product packaging, or you have damaged the packaging so that it cannot be reused, we reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund only. You must retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt in case we require proof of the return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.
    • We cannot accept damaged or lost returns, and reserve the right to refuse your return if you do not send it by registered/recorded mail.
    • If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange items that have been gift boxed,  please return the gift box to us, with all the original gift items enclosed in their unused condition and original packaging with 14 days of delivery.
    • Please note that we will not accept refunds of partial gift boxes.

    This includes:

    • Damaged items or gift boxes with missing parts, or items not in their original condition for reasons due to manufacturer’s error
    • Items that are not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase
    • The rights to return the products will not apply if the product has been used or not in its original condition. You can request a refund by emailing us at hello@amauralondon.com.

      Refund payments

      We aim to handle your returns within 7 business days of receiving the goods. Upon receipt of the items and your refund is approved, it will take up to 30 days for the original credit/debit card used to be credited.

      Late Or Missing Refund (If Applicable)

      If you are yet to receive a refund after 30 days, you should ensure to check your bank account. Then, you should;

      1. Contact your card issuer, though it may take a while before the refund is formally uploaded.
      2. Contact your financial institution. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
      3. If after all these you are yet to receive the refund, please contact us at hello@amauralondon.com
