Deliveries & Returns Policy
Deliveries
If you place your order by 1pm, we aim to dispatch it the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day. If you have any specific requests regarding delivery timings, please email us at hello@amauralondon.com.
Delivery Options
We currently ship within the UK mainland. If you’d like your order delivered elsewhere, please email us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday for Special Delivery).
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
All services are fully trackable, and a signature will be required on delivery.
Please note: If the courier attempts delivery three times without success, the parcel will be returned to us. A £10 return fee will be charged if you’d like the item resent or refunded.
Returns Policy
All of our candles and diffusers are hand-poured in the UK with care and attention. We hope you’re delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
How to Initiate a Return
- You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@amauralondon.com with the subject “Order Return”. Please include your Order ID and clearly state which items you wish to return.
- Wait for our email response before returning any goods. We may contact you to discuss the condition of the items.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition and in original product packaging.
- Please use a registered/recorded delivery service that includes carriage insurance and retains proof of postage.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
- We cannot accept damaged or lost returns.
- If packaging has been opened or damaged, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund.
Gift Boxes
If you wish to return or exchange items that were part of a gift box, the entire gift box (including all items in unused condition and in original packaging) must be returned.
We do not accept refunds for partial gift boxes.
Important – Custom, Personalised & Special Orders
Please note: Items that are personalised, custom-made, or created as a special order (e.g. non-standard sizes) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as a special order, please email us before placing your order.
Refund Payments
We aim to process all eligible returns within 7 business days of receiving the goods. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank (refunds may take time to appear).
- If still unresolved, please contact us at hello@amauralondon.com.
